Role Overview

IRONCLAD LAW ASSOCIATES is seeking a Practice Development Manager with mandatory prior experience and strong networking presence in the financial services ecosystem. This is a pure networking and relationship-driven role, focused on institutional partnerships and mandate origination.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and expand relationships with NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Microfinance Companies, Insurance Companies, Housing Finance Companies & FinTechs
• Engage with Legal Heads, Recovery Heads, Compliance Teams & CXOs
• Convert professional relationships into retainerships, litigation portfolios, arbitration and advisory mandates
• Conduct client meetings, institutional presentations, and capability discussions
• Represent the firm at industry events, lender meets, conferences, and networking forums
• Coordinate with Partners and Operations for onboarding and delivery
• Track leads, opportunities, and conversions through CRM/reporting

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• 3–6 years of prior experience with NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Microfinance Companies, Insurance Companies, Housing Finance Companies, or FinTechs
• Strong existing institutional network within the financial services sector
• Proven ability to build relationships and convert them into business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
