Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. will be an added advantage
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• 3–7 years of legal experience, preferably in Banking, NBFCs, or Recovery Law Firms

• Strong working knowledge of:
• SARFAESI Act
• Hands-on experience in Consumer Matters before DCDRC, SCDRC & NCDRC
• NI Act (Section 138)
• DRT Act
• CPC & CrPC
• RBI Guidelines & Norms

Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills

• Willingness to travel for court hearings, recovery proceedings, and possession drives
• Proficiency in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reports
