Deliver engaging, accessible training solutions using varied delivery formats (e.g. digital, in-person, interactive, social media, video). Ensure the learning experience reflects WRIs values, philosophy, and the benefits of Workday adoption. Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to co-deliver training globally, bringing expert delivery techniques and an engaging style to impact knowledge transfer and process uptake. Work closely with the Communications team to co-create a motivating and engaging narrative for why we are changing the way we work, how and what each person s role is in that transition. Develop and implement a Train the Trainer module for internal training champions. Apply principles of behavioral change and adult learning theory to enable shifts in how staff engage with systems and processes.
