Sales Director

Data Center Solutions, AV Solutions and Enterprise IT Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Data Center, AV solutions, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention through strong relationships with enterprises, clients, OEMs, and channel partners.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performance sales teams, ensuring achievement of KPIs and fostering a results-driven culture.
• Negotiate high-value contracts, manage complex deals, and ensure profitable outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market presence and enable business growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports for management, and implement improvements to sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Business,Engineering, or related field; MBA/ PGDM preferred.

• Experience:

  10+ years in sales leadership roles in Data Center, AV Solutions or Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in Inside sales, Field sales and Team Leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies, AV systems and Enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Excellent strategic leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
