Role Description

We're

looking for a Sales Director with experience in pet industry

for our pet food brand

based in Pune

. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing business development initiatives. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with key clients, coordinating with teams to optimize sales operations, setting targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Director will also analyze market trends and provide insights to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Experience in the pet food industry is Mandatory.
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to strategize and achieve revenue goals.
Strong Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Experience in networking and building long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Proficiency in Business Development, with a focus on identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
