Key Responsibilities 1. Property Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard a minimum of 10 new properties per month across targeted locations. 2. Team Management: Supervise and guide junior team members to achieve business development targets. 3. Site Visits & Audits: Conduct regular property visits and audits to ensure quality standards and operational readiness. 4. Investor Relations: Assist in preparing investor presentations and actively participate in investor meetings. 5.
