New Business Development

• Identify and qualify corporate leads to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and pitch customized proposals to Admins and Senior Management.
• Deliver impactful presentations and respond effectively to RFPs.

Key Account Management (Farmer & Hybrid Roles)

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Build long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and upselling.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive service and engagement.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and account targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  5–10 years with a reputed Travel Management Company (TMC), in Corporate Sales and/or Key Account Management.

• Travel Domain Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of corporate travel services including Air, Hotel, Visa, Travel Insurance, and MICE.

• Technical Exposure:

  Familiarity with online booking tools and travel tech platforms is preferred.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication in English is essential.

• Analytical Proficiency:

  (For KAM role) Solid command of MS Excel and MIS tools for performance tracking and reporting.
