About the Role*
Numbro Insights is looking for a proactive and client-focused *Key Account Manager (KAM)* to manage relationships with leading companies across 1–2 high-growth industries. This role sits at the intersection of *client success, research advisory, and revenue growth*.
You will act as the strategic bridge between our clients and our research team—understanding their evolving intelligence needs, recommending relevant insights/products, and driving long-term account growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with CXOs, product heads, analysts, and investors in India’s most rapidly evolving sectors while being part of a fast-growing insights business.

Key Responsibilities
*Client Relationship Management*
* Own and manage relationships with clients across *1–2 industry verticals*.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all research needs.
* Conduct regular check-ins, review meetings, and need-gathering discussions.
* Deeply understand each client’s business model, priorities, and intelligence gaps.
*Needs Analysis & Advisory
* Identify client-specific report needs, market insights, competitive benchmarking, and due-diligence requests.
* Work closely with the research team to translate client needs into clear deliverables.
* Maintain a continuous understanding of industry trends, policy changes, competitor moves, and investment flows.
*Revenue Growth & Account Expansion*
* Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across:
* Syndicated reports
* Custom projects
* Subscription plans
* Due diligence studies
* Workshops / executive briefings
* Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and verticals.
*Client Experience & Delivery Coordination*
* Ensure timely delivery of all reports and custom research engagements.
* Resolve escalations, clarify research scope, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Maintain CRM hygiene and update account activity regularly.
*Industry Engagement*
* Represent Numbro Insights at industry events, webinars, and client presentations.
* Build relationships with ecosystem stakeholders (OEMs, suppliers, founders, investors, policymakers).

Requirements*
*Experience*
* 2–5 years in *market research, consulting, insights, intelligence, analytics*, or similar client-facing domain.
* Prior experience working with senior clients (CXO/VP level) is preferred.
*Skills & Qualities*
* Strong communication and client-handling skills
* Ability to understand complex industries and explain insights simply
* Comfortable conducting client conversations & needs assessments
* Target-driven mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
* Highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
* Ability to collaborate with analysts, designers, and leadership teams
*Education*
* MBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related fields preferred.
