Roles and Responsibility

Take over key accounts from the business development team and ensure customer delight.
Coordinate with customers, business development, and operations teams to provide best service and support.
Define and track KPIs for customers to enhance repeat sales and increase subscription revenue.
Increase repeat orders from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and key decision-makers.
Assist in executing Go-To-Market plans and sales operations.
