The Business Development & Client Relationship Manager position at Numbro Consulting in Hyderabad is ideal for individuals in the early stages of their career (0-3 years) who are interested in the financial consulting industry. As a Business Development & Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and managing client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving consistent month-on-month business growth targets, implementing various business development strategies such as traditional, digital, trade shows, and networking, utilizing social media and online channels for lead generation, and converting leads into business opportunities. You will be expected to identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups and query resolutions. Collaborating with internal teams to align business solutions with client needs and interacting with foreign clients and professionals will also be part of your role. We are looking for a proactive individual based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate, who is self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi. Confidence in interacting with foreign clients and professionals, adaptability to experiment with sales strategies, and a background in finance, business, or a related field are preferred. While prior experience in sales, consulting, or client relationship management is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
