E-commerce Operations Executive

You’ll own the entire post-purchase journey — from order to doorstep. You’ll make sure ops runs like clockwork, every single day. And when it doesn’t, you’ll be the one who fixes it — fast.

What You’ll Own

• Full responsibility for daily order processing, dispatch, and delivery
• Real-time coordination with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure zero delays
• Proactive resolution of delivery issues, returns, and RTOs
• Keeping operations tight, scalable, and clean — no loose ends, no handoffs
• Building and maintaining internal SOPs, reports, and operational playbooks
• Collaborating with CX, product, and supply teams to improve speed, visibility, and accuracy

You’re Right for This If

• You have 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or D2C operations
• You’ve worked in fast-moving teams, where speed and accuracy weren’t optional
• You understand that great ops is invisible — and that’s the point
• You can spot issues before they become escalations
