Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating logistics, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, the role may require analyzing sales data, collaborating with internal teams, and implementing process improvements to achieve operational efficiency and sales growth.

• Strong understanding of commerce principles and e-commerce operations
• Proven analytical skills to evaluate metrics, identify insights, and drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and customers
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive customer experience
• Knowledge or experience in sales strategies and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
