We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager who can set up and maintain smooth day-to-day operations to support the business. The ideal candidate should be good at multitasking and working with different teams. Previous experience in e-commerce operations is a must. E-commerce Operations Manager – Responsibilities Manage the entire dispatch process including making labels, booking couriers, and ensuring delivery. Coordinate with vendors to make sure all orders are dispatched on time. Keep track of inventory and plan restocking of SKUs when needed. Solve daily operational problems as they come up. Handle courier-related issues like wrong weight, missed pickups, or problems with returned products. Buy packaging materials and place repeat orders when stock is low. Help with hiring and managing warehouse labour. Talk to suppliers and follow up on timelines, especially for repeat purchases. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across different teams Hands-on experience with day-to-day e-commerce logistics and dispatches Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
