E-commerce Operations Executive

Role Overview: You will be handling various aspects related to order dispatch management, inventory and stock control, courier and logistics handling, procurement and supplies, operations, issue resolution, and team coordination in a dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end dispatch process, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, handling courier-related issues, managing procurement of packaging materials, addressing daily operational challenges, and assisting in basic labour hiring and workforce coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the end-to-end dispatch process including labeling, courier bookings, delivery coordination, and tracking - Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and accurate dispatches - Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels across all SKUs, estimating restock requirements, and planning replenishment - Maintaining clear records of stock movement and storage for efficient inventory management - Handling courier-related issues such as weight discrepancies, pickup delays, return QC mismatches, and delivery exceptions - Liaising with courier partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries - Managing procurement of packaging materials and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of repeat purchase items and packaging stock - Addressing and resolving daily operational challenges across dispatch and warehouse functions - Providing on-ground solutions to logistics and supply chain bottlenecks - Ensuring seamless operations to meet daily dispatch targets - Assisting in basic labour hiring and workforce coordination - Managing work schedules and ensuring manpower availability for daily dispatch targets Qualification Required: - Well-versed with platforms like Shopify and Shiprocket - Preferred experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) clothing brand Additional Details: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
