Qualifications Experience in fashion or lifestyle content (preferred) of 1+ years Hands-on skills in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, VN, Lightroom, etc. Knowledge of Instagram algorithm, trends, hashtags & timing strategies Strong sense of design, color, and storytelling Fluency in English (Hindi is a plus) Ability to work both independently and with a team Self-starter with strong time and calendar management skills What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities): Curate content ideas and shoot plans based on brand aesthetics Write captions, schedule, and post across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & more Shoot and edit photos/videos (with or without a team) Plan and maintain a strict monthly social media calendar with no carryover Stay updated on trends, reels, music, formats, and transitions Prepare mockup calendars for review with management Engage with the audience & track content performance Be a face of the brand when needed – camera-friendliness is a plus Hands-on skills in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, VN, Lightroom, etc. If you're a self-starter who loves bringing ideas to life and thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment — we’d love to see your portfolio!
About the Role We are looking for a highly creative, self-driven, and trend-savvy Creative Head to lead SITU’s design and content direction. This is not just a graphic design role—it’s about bringing stories to life visually and building the brand’s identity across social media, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. You will work closely with the founder & marketing team, but also be independent enough to ideate, execute, and deliver end-to-end content without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Design & Branding: Create high-quality graphics, reels, product creatives, lookbooks, and campaigns aligned with SITU’s modern & minimal brand aesthetic. Social Media Content: Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Edits) that resonates with Gen Z + Millennial women. Trend Spotting: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and content styles and adapt them for the brand. Video Editing: Strong expertise in editing apps (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.) and photo tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Lightroom, etc.). Creative Strategy: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas, content calendars, and seasonal drops. Photography & Styling: Assist in shoots (studio + lifestyle), suggest styling ideas, capture behind-the-scenes, and create mood boards. Storytelling: Convert product features into engaging narratives through content—problem/solution reels, styling tips, and lifestyle storytelling. Independent Execution: Own the process from concept → shoot → edit → publish-ready content . Brand Growth: Experiment with new content formats that increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Preferred Skills & Qualities Strong portfolio of social media-first content (Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts style edits). Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout. Knowledge of fashion/retail trends and how to market them online. Ability to ideate scripts, captions, and hooks for engaging short-form videos. Skilled in both graphic design + video editing . Photography and basic cinematography skills (using DSLR/iPhone). Proactive, independent, and hungry to experiment with new ideas .
