Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or lifestyle content (preferred) of 1+ years
• Hands-on skills in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, VN, Lightroom, etc.
• Knowledge of Instagram algorithm, trends, hashtags & timing strategies
• Strong sense of design, color, and storytelling
• Fluency in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Self-starter with strong time and calendar management skills

What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities):

• Curate content ideas and shoot plans based on brand aesthetics
• Write captions, schedule, and post across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & more
• Shoot and edit photos/videos (with or without a team)
• Plan and maintain a strict monthly social media calendar with no carryover
• Stay updated on trends, reels, music, formats, and transitions
• Prepare mockup calendars for review with management
• Engage with the audience & track content performance
• Be a face of the brand when needed – camera-friendliness is a plus
• Hands-on skills in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, VN, Lightroom, etc.
