Role Description

We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Fashion Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life, designing pieces that merge style with comfort, while keeping our audience and market trends in mind. This is an off-site role in Jaipur, where you’ll work Independently handling sourcing, sampling & design execution.

What you will do:

• Handling sourcing, sampling & design execution
• Stay on top of trends, color stories, and seasonal forecasts
• Create concept boards, CADs, and illustrations for new collections
• Design size-inclusive collections that reflect our price point, audience, and brand style
• Source materials, coordinate with vendors, and finalize tech packs
• Work with marketing & production teams for smooth product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design/Textile Design (or relevant field)
• Min 1-3 years of experience in women’s fashion
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
• Creative vision with an eye for detail, color, and silhouette
• Ability to manage timelines and work collaboratively across departments
