Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Designer at Super Overseas in Noida, India. The Junior Designer will directly report to a Senior Design Manager and be responsible for assisting the design process, creating independent collections from scratch, creating innovative and trend-setting garment designs, collaborating with production and procurement teams, and ensuring product quality and brand consistency. Most importantly, the Junior Designer should be a good cultural fit for the company, understanding our way of working, brand values, and ethos.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in a global export setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and design tools
• Knowledge in 3D CLO and Generative AI software highly preferred
• Experience in trend forecasting, textile design, and garment construction
• Strong understanding of color theory, fabric properties, and embellishments
• Ability to create and understand tech packs, patterns, and prototype samples
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
