Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fashion Designer. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating new designs, selecting textiles, managing fittings, and overseeing embroidery details. The Fashion Designer will also work closely with the team to ensure that the designs align with the brand's vision of comfort and inclusivity.

What You’ll Do

• Design capsule collections that are trendy, modern, size-inclusive, and commercially smart
• Research and interpret global + Indian fast fashion trends for young women
• Create mood boards, CADs, and detailed tech packs
• Handle sourcing, sampling, and vendor coordination in Jaipur
• Align design execution with brand aesthetics, timelines, and price points
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams for smooth launches

You’ll Excel If You Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in fast fashion or contemporary casualwear
• An eye for trends, silhouettes, and youthful everyday wear
• Proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop
• Understanding of fabrics, trims, and fit
• Familiarity with Jaipur’s fabric markets and production units
• The ability to work independently and deliver results remotely
