Fashion Designer

As a Fashion Design Developer, your role involves creating and sketching design concepts, developing technical drawings (tech packs), and creating prototypes. You will be responsible for analyzing current fashion trends and forecasting future trends to ensure your designs are innovative and appealing to the target market. Your key responsibilities include: - Choosing fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the design and target market - Supervising pattern-making, garment construction, and quality control to ensure designs are brought to life accurately - Collaborating with patternmakers, seamstresses, manufacturers, and other design team members - Presenting designs to clients, retailers, or at fashion shows - Promoting designs to potential customers and retail outlets - Determining prices and managing costs throughout the production process In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be involved in overseeing production processes, ensuring seamless coordination between different team members, and maintaining the high quality of the final products. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. The work location for this role is in person.
