Business Development Manager

Experience:

As a Business Development Executive in the laminate industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company customer base and market share in the laminate industry.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and other industry professionals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipelines and driving continuous business growth.
• Marketing of Dorby Products to Architects and interior designers promote specification of the products and influence the Interior Designers and contractors, Builders for the conversion.
• Should have worked & excellent rapport with Architects in a Building Material industry.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Clients in person and via telephone calls and emails and collect the project information.
• Meeting Contractors, builders, Architects, Interior Designers and generating revenue
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale along with the influencers (Contractors/Interior Designers/Distributors)
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Maintaining relationship with dealers/distributor for the smooth conversion of project sales orders.
