Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy for cargo operations, encompassing automation, digitalization, and innovation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the vision and target opportunities enabled by IT solutions and digital analytics.
Lead the design, implementation, and integration of automation systems and technologies across cargo operations.Performance Monitoring and Analysis Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cargo automation, analyzing data insights to measure system performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and mitigate operational bottlenecks. Assess the ROI of IT interventions and automation initiatives, tracking cost savings and revenue growth. Vendor Management and Collaboration Liaise with external vendors and technology providers to evaluate, select, and implement suitable IT solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and adherence to industry standards. Foster strategic partnerships with third-party vendors to promote the digital vision of the organization and drive innovation in cargo operations. Team Leadership and Development The individual should be able to drive a change management process
