Your role

Develop and implement knowledge management policies, processes, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document knowledge.

Review, validate, and update knowledge base content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Manage the organization''s knowledge management platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Confluence).

Align knowledge management practices with ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Promote a knowledge-sharing culture across teams and departments.

Your profile

4+ years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in an ITIL-aligned environment.

Experience with ITSM platforms and knowledge tools.

ITIL Foundation Certification (required or preferred)..

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
