As a Brand Marketer, your role involves developing and managing brand strategies targeting health-conscious consumers, particularly in Ayurvedic, FMCG, or herbal product sectors. You will spearhead marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement through innovative campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand identity, market positioning, and consumer loyalty. - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify brand growth opportunities, especially within the Ayurvedic product sector. - Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote Ayurvedic products effectively. - Develop compelling brand stories and messages that highlight the unique value proposition of Ayurvedic products. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in the Ayurvedic and natural health sectors. - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and credibility. - Manage brand marketing budgets and report on campaign performance regularly. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in Ayurvedic, FMCG, or herbal product industries. - Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategies, and consumer insights. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and marketing analytics. - Deep knowledge of Ayurvedic and herbal products and consumer behavior in the health and wellness space. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think creatively, analyze data, and multitask effectively.
