As a Strategic Alliance Manager, your role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships, resellers, and alliances to expand the reach and impact of HR services both locally and globally. Your key responsibilities include: - Partnership Development: Identify and prioritize potential partners, resellers, and alliances aligning with business objectives and target markets within and outside India. - Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements and terms. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring goal alignment and effective communication channels. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to drive growth. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives. - Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partnerships, providing regular reports and insights. - Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for expanding HR services into new markets through strategic partnerships. - Compliance and Legal: Ensure partnership agreements and activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. - Participate in events: Actively participate in events for alliance and lead generation. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Proven experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the HR services industry. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decision-making. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
