Strategic Alliance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaboration opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end alliance processes: market scanning evaluation proposal negotiation closure.
• Build relationships with corporates, government bodies, sustainability networks, and venture ecosystems.
• Work closely with leadership to plan and execute long-term partnership and venture strategies.
• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling (basic), and strategic assessments of potential partners.
• Represent Ukhi at industry conferences, investor meetings, startup events, and policy forums.
• Track partnership performance, monitor deliverables, and ensure compliance with strategic goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-9 years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, corporate development, or venture ecosystems.
• Strong networking abilities with a proven record of closing high-value collaborations.
• Deep understanding of sustainability sectors, startups, or industrial ecosystems (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with CXOs and drive strategic conversations.
