Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager – Luxury Jewellery Showroom


Key Responsibilities

1. Store Leadership & Performance

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the showroom's day-to-day operations.
  • Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and team performance, providing feedback and strategic direction.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2. Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality.
  • Personally manage key client relationships and support VIP clientele as needed.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement clientele initiatives to nurture long-term customer relationships.

3. Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and motivated work environment.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities aligned with brand values.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure the showroom operates in compliance with company policies and luxury retail standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards and overall showroom aesthetics.
  • Coordinate with headquarters for stock planning, marketing campaigns, and reporting requirements.

5. Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all jewellery collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship.
  • Guide the team in delivering compelling product storytelling and refined selling techniques.
  • Stay informed on luxury market trends and competitor activity.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering high-end client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous).
  • Passion for fine jewellery, design, and luxury retail experiences.
