Job Location : Ranjangaon, Pune.


Role Description

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing the inventory of automobile parts and ensuring smooth store operations. This includes accurate stock monitoring, timely procurement, and maintaining proper records using Tally and other inventory management software. The role requires close coordination with procurement, sales, and service teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations for automobile parts and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using

    Tally ERP

    and other inventory management tools.
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast requirements, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies and maintain compliance.
  • Coordinate with procurement and service departments for parts availability.
  • Handle inward and outward stock movement with proper documentation.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of automobile parts.
  • Generate inventory reports and assist in budget planning for spare parts.
  • Support sales and service teams by ensuring timely delivery of required parts.


Qualifications

  • Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP

    and inventory management software.
  • Strong understanding of automobile parts and related inventory processes.
  • Basic commerce knowledge for accurate record-keeping and stock valuation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in store management or inventory handling in the

    automobile industry

    is highly preferred.


CTC : upto 4 LPA with immediate joining preferred


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of GST and billing processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
