Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for Marketing & Business Development to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role where the ideal candidate will develop business strategies, plan and execute marketing campaigns, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and ensuring sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing strategies, Business Development tactics, and Client Acquisition
• Strong skills in Market Research and Analysis, and developing Sales and Marketing campaigns
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage projects, work collaboratively, and solve problems effectively
• Strategic thinking, negotiation abilities, and decision-making skills
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus
• Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms is an advantage

CTC: upto 10 LPA with immediate joining preferred
