Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Financial Analyst based in Pune. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and providing insights for decision-making. The role involves creating financial reports, assisting in budget management, and supporting the financial health and stability of the organization through strategic analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Detail-oriented with sound critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
• Proven experience in financial analysis, with a track record of providing actionable insights

CTC: upto 15 LPA with immediate joining preferred
