Job Title: Financial Analyst – Lead (L3)

Location: Chennai

Work Shift: Fixed Evening Shift

Education: Any Graduation (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are hiring a Lead Financial Analyst (L3) for our Chennai location. Candidates with experience in Tax, FP&A, or Fixed Asset / R2R functions are encouraged to apply. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Open Specializations (Any One Required)

1️⃣ Tax Specialist

·       US tax compliance & accounting

·       Book-to-Tax reconciliation, sales & use tax

·       Deferred tax assets, tax roll-forwards

·       Exposure to R&D tax credits preferred

·       Strong Excel and analytical skills

2️⃣ FP&A Analyst

·       Budgeting, forecasting & long-range planning

·       Financial modeling & scenario analysis

·       MIS reporting, KPI dashboards & automation

·       AR, working capital & credit risk oversight

·       Exposure to RPA / AI / ML initiatives preferred

3️⃣ Fixed Asset / R2R Analyst

·       Fixed asset accounting, capitalization & depreciation

·       Journal entries, reconciliations & asset verification

·       Asset valuation & financial impact analysis

·       Strong knowledge of accounting standards

Required Skills & Experience

·       1–5 years of relevant finance experience

·       Strong accounting fundamentals

·       Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills

·       Excellent analytical and communication skills

·       Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
