Job Description

We are looking for 5 Stewards to join our team at Yadu's Jawai, a leading hotel and restaurant chain. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure. As a fresher or with up to 2 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
Manage table settings, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle complaints professionally and courteously, resolving issues promptly.
Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures is necessary.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
