Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Stewardess to join our team at Fidato Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
