Stewardess

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented Stewardess to provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff for accurate order delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas at all times.
• Upsell menu items and provide recommendations when needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures as per company and health regulations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (training can be provided).
• Excellent grooming and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
