Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and teas Perform basic latte art and maintain quality presentation standards Recommend coffee blends or other items based on customer preferences Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café workstation and equipment Handle customer queries and provide excellent guest service when required Keep track of inventory and restock supplies when needed
