Staffing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To manage the complete recruitment life cycle and understanding client requirements to successful candidate onboarding.
• To post job openings and execute active candidate headhunting through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed) and professional social platforms.
• To source and screen the candidates via online job portals, social media networks and internal referrals to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• To Build and maintain the professional relationships with clients and to ensure and timely closure of open positions as per client requirement.
• To conduct target candidate searches based on job descriptions, fostering long-term relationships and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent.
• To assess candidate profile and schedule the interview in coordination with clients and hiring managers.
• To facilitate the interview process, including conducting initial screening rounds and coordinating virtual and in-person interviews between clients and candidates.
• To collect employment and educational documents and assist in CTC negotiations in line with client budget and candidate expectations.
• To coordinate with selected candidates during the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and a smooth transition into the organization

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Communication Skill,
• Knowledge of Job Portals,
• MS Office & Social Networking and Negotiation Skills
