We are seeking a seasoned Staffing Manager with proven expertise in closing Sales and Non-IT positions across India. The ideal candidate will bring strategic hiring capabilities, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment.

Position: Staffing Manager
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Experience: 6+ years
Industry Preference: Chemical, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Machinery & Equipment, Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Non-IT roles
• Collaborate with business heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Source, screen, and onboard candidates from relevant industries
• Manage vendor relationships and recruitment pipelines
• Ensure timely closures and maintain hiring SLAs

Requirements:

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, with focus on Sales/Non-IT roles
• Strong exposure to industrial sectors like manufacturing, logistics, or oil & gas
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
