Job Description

As a Sales Staffing Manager at our company in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing end-to-end sales and client relationships for permanent recruitment and staffing projects in specific industry sectors. Your focus will be on aggressively sourcing job vacancies from the market and ensuring high standards of client coordination and service delivery in the competitive Noida market. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - **Business Development & Lead Generation** - Proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, market research, and industry events. - Source job vacancies from the market and provide them to the team by engaging with HR Heads, TA Heads, and CXOs in target companies. - Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and lead negotiations to close staffing and recruitment deals. - **Client Coordination & Account Management** - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and hiring managers. - Conduct in-depth meetings with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and organizational culture. - Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment. - **Team Support & Operations** - Effectively brief the internal recruitment team on all new job vacancies/mandates. - Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline and track all client interactions using a CRM system. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - 4+ years of proven B2B Sales/Business Development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. MBA/Post-Graduate degree is a bonus. - Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills, Strong Negotiation Abilities, Hunter Instinct for client acquisition. - Solid understanding of permanent recruitment life cycles, proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho CRM), and MS Office Suite. - Target-driven, Self-motivated, and Professional demeanor.
