Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to assigned business unit leaders on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee relations. Align HR strategies and programs with business goals to drive desired outcomes and support strategic growth. Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Talent Management & Development: Partner with leadership to identify current and future talent needs, skill gaps, and succession planning. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and implement targeted training and development programs. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, talent development, and career progression. Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement, morale, and productivity. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and satisfaction (e.g., wellness programs, DEI initiatives). Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management: Advise on organizational design and restructuring initiatives to optimize productivity and business performance. Lead and support change management efforts, guiding leaders and employees through transitions. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose organizational issues, and recommend data-driven solutions. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Provide guidance and support on the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging HR trends. Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures and benefit programs. Educate and advise managers and employees on compensation practices, performance calibration, and career transitions.
