Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Recruitment Associate to join our HR team. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success. This position is pivotal in shaping the workforce that drives our mission to deliver exceptional IT solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Identification and Acquisition: • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber IT professionals. • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to build a robust talent pipeline. 2. Collaboration with business leads: • Work closely with business leads to understand their staffing needs, team dynamics, and technical requirements. • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, market trends, and best practices to optimize the recruitment process. 3. Employer Branding: • Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. • Plan effective strategies to attract good talent 4. Data-Driven Decision Making: • Analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment efforts. • Prepare regular reports and insights for the leadership team to drive data-driven decision making in talent acquisition strategies and resource allocation. 5. Candidate Assessment and Selection: • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the team. • Coordinate and facilitate candidate feedback sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection. 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.RequirementsQualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Proven experience as a Sourcing/TA Specialist in the IT industry, ideally within a consulting or services-oriented organization. • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.
