Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Analysis:
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various departments.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Report Generation:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Develop custom reports as required by management.
  • Automate report generation processes wherever possible.
  • Dashboard Management:
  • Design and maintain Excel or BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Provide real-time reporting on KPIs and operational performance.
  • Coordination & Communication:
  • Liaise with different departments to gather information.
  • Provide analytical support to departments like Sales, Finance, HR, etc.
  • Assist in decision-making by presenting data-backed reports.
  • Software & Tools:
  • Use MS Excel (Advanced level – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is a plus.
  • Use of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain proper documentation of reports and data handling processes.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
