Sr. MIS Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior MIS Analyst to lead our MIS and analytics function. The candidate will manage the junior MIS team, design and maintain dashboards, prepare reports and presentations for senior management, and ensure smooth data operations across departments such as Sales, Cost Reduction, Finance, and Operations.
The role requires a sharp analytical mind, strong leadership, and the ability to do and complete works assigned by senior management efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead and manage the MIS and Analyst team, assigning and reviewing day-to-day tasks.
• Design, maintain, and automate MIS reports related to sales performance, cost reduction, production, inventory, and financial metrics.
• Collect, consolidate, and verify data from multiple departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Prepare management presentations and dashboards (monthly/quarterly/annual) to assist in key decision-making.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Google Sheets, Excel reports, Power BI/Tableau dashboards, and other tools for analytical visualization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounts, Operations, HR, etc.) for integrated reporting and data validation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and business data.
• Support management in strategic planning, budgeting, and cost optimization through accurate data insights.
• Execute and complete all works and projects assigned by senior management on time.
• Ensure team discipline, training, and development for continuous improvement in MIS efficiency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation or simplification where possible.
• Strong command over advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and ERP/MIS systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle pressure with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or similar data-heavy industries preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
