You will be joining Knock on Wood, the furniture division of JCBL, as a Senior Quality Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance for our furniture production processes. Your main focus will be to ensure that our products meet both internal and external standards of excellence, thus contributing to the overall success of the business and the satisfaction of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation of quality systems and processes for furniture manufacturing, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and industry regulations. You will continuously assess and enhance manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce defects, and ensure timely product delivery. Additionally, you will oversee product testing at various stages of production to verify compliance with specifications and standards, as well as conduct inspections of finished goods to maintain consistent quality levels. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be expected to perform root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across all levels of production and mentor junior quality engineers and production teams on quality best practices and procedures. Your role will also involve collaborating with suppliers to ensure that raw materials and components meet required quality standards and addressing any quality issues that may arise.
