Agency Management & Coordination Act as the day-to-day liaison with creative, digital, media, PR, and activation agencies. Brief agencies on brand objectives, campaign requirements, and timelines. Review and provide feedback on creative deliverables, media plans, and content strategies. Ensure timely execution of all marketing materials and campaigns, keeping projects on track and within budget. Evaluate agency performance and ensure alignment with brand tone, identity, and business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, design, and customer service teams to align brand and product messaging. Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, both internal and external. Product Launch Management o Manage/Lead end-to-end launch plans for new products and line extensions, including timeline, budget, and resource allocation. o Design launch communications: PR kits, product collateral, sales tools, training materials, and promotional campaigns. Budget & Vendor Management o Own and manage the brand marketing budget; negotiate with agencies, media vendors, and suppliers to secure best rates. o Ensure compliance with financial controls and procurement policies. Stakeholder Collaboration o Present brand and launch plans to senior leadership; align on objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. o Serve as the internal brand champion, educating sales teams and customer-facing staff on brand guidelines and product benefits. Brand Governance o Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints; enforce brand standards and visual guidelines. o Protect brand integrity by reviewing all external communications and packaging designs prior to release. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: o Minimum of 5 years as a Brand Manager or similar role, with proven success in product launches. o Experience in [Automotive Manufacturing, Industrial , FMCG, Tech etc.] is highly desirable.
