Role & responsibilities Plan and coordinate photoshoots, videography, and behind-the-scenes documentation. Edit reels and videos for social media, presentations, and brand storytelling. Write captions, speeches, project narratives, and long-form brand content. Maintain the studios tone guides, vocabulary libraries, and branding consistency. Manage the content calendar and schedule posts across platforms. Track engagement metrics, respond to DMs, and research trends in luxury, design, and creative culture. Curate and update studioSW digital media portfolio, presentations, and press kits. Coordinate interviews, award submissions, and media archiving. Ideate campaigns, scout collaborators, and document the studios ongoing legacy journey. Preferred candidate profile Support the Principal in preparing presentations, pitches, and proposals. Handle initial pitch outreach, including warm and cold calls, to introduce studioSW to potential clients. Maintain follow-up communication logs, track leads, and support business development activities. Serve as the Principals trusted assistant organized, discreet, proactive, and solution oriented. A graduate with 2 4 years of experience in Media, Design, Branding, Communications, or Studio Co-ordination. Fluent in English with Strong Writing, Communication, and Organizational abilities. Comfortable multitasking across creative, operational, and administrative tasks. Respectful of confidentiality and passionate about aesthetics, craft, and legacy-building.
