• Report Generation & communication to Operations on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly, Agent performance reports, Lead analysis reports • Working on Reporting related tasks with required stakeholders. • Experience in building dashboards. • Can work independently on assigned tasks and perform analysis based on given work. • UAT/Testing/QA of Automation tools. • Maintain a proper schedule of reports. :• Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Intermediate knowledge of TSQL/SQL (Sub-Query, Cross/Outer Apply, CTE, Temp Table. etc.), • Advanced Excel (Filters, Offset, Arrays etc.) and Power Query functions (Power Pivot, Data Modelling, DAX etc.). • Person should have the ability to design interactive dashboard based on the available raw data. • Experience in US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
