Sr. MIS Analyst

Job Title: Senior MIS Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior MIS Analyst with advanced Excel skills to drive data analysis, reporting, and support decision-making within the organization. We are looking for an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Excel: Use complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF for data analysis.
• Reporting: Generate daily reports and performance trackers.
• Dashboard Development: Create customized reports and dashboards.
• Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights from performance data.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for data support.
• Data Management: Ensure accuracy and organization of historical data.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel: Expertise in functions, pivot tables, and automation with macros/VBA.
• Reporting & Analytics: Experience in generating and analyzing performance reports.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present data insights clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Identify reporting needs and implement improvements.
• BI Tools & Visualization (Plus): Experience with BI tools is a bonus.

Shift Timings:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Second Saturday off)Sundays: Closed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
