Role Definition
Operations Team Leader ensures the seamless execution of all operational commitments including executiong of all orders. They manage a team to execute vendor management, production planning, quality assurance, and timely delivery, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Production Planning & Execution
- Quality Assurance- Product Development & Vendor Management

- Execute orders end to end: from Sales Order to Customer Delivery.
- Coordinate with supply chain: Send POs, prioritize orders/products, manage lead times, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales team: Understand client specifications, lead times, and provide timely updates on orders.
- Quality Control: Develop and implement QC protocols for all products.
- Plan raw materials, fabrics, and trims to ensure uninterrupted supply at the factory and branches.
- Maintain sufficient product stock across all branches.
- PO has to be cross checked above 1000pcs qty or big clients
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks at key early stages (Artwork, Tech Pack, Specifications, Fabrics, Colors).
- Implement pre-production sample checks to catch errors early.
- Final quality audit before dispatch to ensure accuracy in size, design, and finishing.
- Document quality issues and implement corrective actions
Product Development & Vendor Management:
- Research and develop new vendors and products.
- Sample development: From concept, fabric selection, trims, to finishing.
- Analyze product costing, compare prices, and estimate production lead times.
- Identify the best vendor for each product based on quality and reliability.
- Regular vendor visits and audits to maintain quality standards. Ensure clarity on tasks, timelines, and expectations for the team.
- Provide regular training on product specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
Operational Insights & Reporting:
- Timely review and submission of invoices to management.
- Accurate and timely reporting of the current production pipeline.
- Analyze production performance (lead times, rejection rates) and make data
-driven recommendations.- Monthly audit of quality checks and documentation
- Leadership, Negotiation, Rapport Building, Costing, Multitasking, Planning.
- Supply Chain Management, Pricing, Garment Specifications, Stitching Techniques, Quality Assurance, Zoho ERP (Books, Inventory).
- Punctual, Decisive, Resourceful, Efficient, Detail-Oriented.
- Commitment to quality, Timely Delivery, Proactive Problem-Solving. Supplier Metrics:
- First-Time Quality Pass Rate: Track the percentage of orders that pass quality checks without rework, target 98% (vendor responsibility).
- Lead Time Compliance: 95% on-time delivery by suppliers, ideally 30-45 days

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
