Job Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP)

Location: Indore

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (Negotiable) + Attractive Incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (in Real Estate or Similar Field)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead, manage, and drive our sales/resale operations. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of team management, client handling, and achieving sales targets in the real estate or similar domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales managers/executives.
• Develop and implement business strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Handle high-value client interactions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Supervise daily operations in the resale or primary sales segment.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and closure of deals.
• Train and guide the team for achieving performance targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations for lead generation and conversion.
• Report directly to the VP/Director and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate or sales leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver targets under pressure.
• Should have handled similar responsibilities in past organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
