The primary market for our high fashion brands is the UK, and we have recently expanded our exports to Australia, Europe, and the USA. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with buyers and other merchandisers to plan product ranges - Meet with suppliers, distributors, and analysts - Manage budgets and predict sales and profits - Negotiate quantities and delivery time-scales - Supervise and train junior staff - Manage levels and distribution of stock - Handle supply/production problems as they arise - Set stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate - Make presentations to senior managers - Assess sales performance of different ranges Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of working experience - Relevant qualification in the specific post applied for - Preference given to candidates with experience in Bags, Scarves, Fashion Jewelry & Handicraft Items - Good communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is essential Please note: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
